Discord notifications
Deliver accepted form submissions to a Discord channel through a channel webhook.
Discord form notifications
Send accepted static-site form submissions to a Discord channel without building and operating your own form backend, Discord bot, or webhook-processing service.
Submission delivery
Static website
Your site submits the form to its PostMyForm endpoint.
PostMyForm
PostMyForm validates and processes the submission.
Accepted submission
Eligible accepted submissions continue to configured delivery channels.
Discord and/or email
An active Discord destination can receive the submission independently of email delivery.
Form delivery without another backend
Deliver accepted form submissions to a Discord channel through a channel webhook.
Discord and email delivery are separate. A Discord failure does not prevent an independent email notification attempt.
Each Discord destination belongs to one PostMyForm form, so notifications stay tied to the form that received them.
Saved webhook URLs are treated as credentials, encrypted at rest, and masked after storage.
Built for project and community sites
Use PostMyForm for the website form endpoint and Discord for the channel where your team or community already coordinates.
Destination limits
No Slack or Discord destinations
1 destination per form
Up to 5 total Slack and Discord destinations per form
Growth's limit is shared across Slack and Discord destinations configured for the same form.
Webhook security
PostMyForm masks a saved webhook URL and does not expose the existing value again through the normal customer interface. To change it, provide a complete replacement URL.
Do not place Discord webhook URLs in source code, screenshots, public issue reports, chat messages, or documentation.
Discord delivery questions
No. PostMyForm sends notifications through Discord channel webhooks. It is not a Discord bot, Discord application, or OAuth integration.
A disabled destination does not receive live submissions. It remains stored and can still receive an explicit test message.
Discord and email delivery are independent. A Discord delivery failure does not prevent a separate email notification attempt.
No. Spam-suppressed and otherwise blocked submissions do not generate normal Discord integration notifications.
Create a PostMyForm form, then use the shared Slack and Discord guide to configure a Discord webhook destination.
