Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy

Rules intended to protect PostMyForm, customers, form submitters, infrastructure providers, and the broader internet from abuse.

1. Purpose

PostMyForm provides form endpoints for legitimate websites. This policy describes uses that are not allowed and the actions we may take to protect the service.

2. Prohibited activity

You may not use PostMyForm for phishing, credential harvesting, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, abusive scraping, or attempts to bypass security controls.

3. Prohibited collection

Do not use PostMyForm to collect passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment card numbers, government identity numbers, protected health information, children's data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis, proper safeguards, and explicit approval from PostMyForm where required.

4. Platform integrity

You may not overload the service, abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, probe private endpoints, interfere with other customers, or use PostMyForm in a way that creates operational, legal, or reputational risk.

5. Enforcement

We may pause forms, block submissions, disable accounts, preserve limited records for investigation, or report abuse when necessary to protect users, submitters, providers, or the service.
