1. Overview
PostMyForm provides hosted form endpoints for static websites. Users can create a form endpoint, embed a generated HTML snippet, receive form submissions, and manage submissions from a dashboard.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, protecting your authentication methods, and ensuring that account information is accurate. PostMyForm uses passwordless authentication through email magic links and passkeys.
3. Customer content and form submissions
You are responsible for the forms you create, the websites where you embed them, and the information you ask visitors to submit. Do not use PostMyForm to collect information that you are not authorized to collect.
You retain responsibility for your submitted form data. PostMyForm processes and stores submissions to provide the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and support account operations.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use PostMyForm for phishing, credential harvesting, spam, malware distribution, fraud, unlawful surveillance, harassment, impersonation, or collection of highly sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
5. Plans, trials, and billing
PostMyForm may offer free trials and paid plans. Plan limits can include limits on forms, monthly submissions, retention period, and features. Submissions may pause when a trial expires, a plan limit is reached, or an account is not in good standing.
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. PostMyForm does not store payment card numbers.
6. Service availability
PostMyForm is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security response, or operational incidents.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or disable forms or accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, generate abuse, exceed plan limits, or threaten service availability.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the application, website, or account email when practical.
